Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Big thank you to Leonce for sightseeing tips! Hotel is on St Charles Ave. and offers garage parking onsite for a reasonable daily fee. The famous St Charles trolley stops right in front of the hotel. If you go during Mardi Gras the parade route passes the hotel. Room 19 was well insulated for noise. Beds were comfortable. TV, air conditioner, fridge, and coffee pot worked well.

location was amazing, out of the touristy French Quater, but on a street car ( tram) route so travel about this city was very easy . Good bars and restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance . Large fridge in room and several convenience stores nearby by. Room was excellent very large with huge comfortable bed, good air conditioning, area for sitting, I think the largest room I have stayed in on this trip.

Leonce at the front desk was great. Gave us a structured itinerary for our trip. The rooms and the hotel looks very nice, it seems recently remodeled. Would definitely recommend staying here. The french quarter was just a short tram ride away, which we even took at night without any safety concerns of any kind. The street the hotel is on is also quite safe with a few shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and accommodating from the time we checked in until check out. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. This hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of small shops and restaurants where you can walk and the trolley is right across the street if you want to visit places a little further out. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

We love the spacious room and the comfortable warm homely environment. The staff were very welcoming telling us about the history of the building and made great recommendations for an amazing steak house and a cocktail bar with a fabulous view all less then a couple of minutes from the accommodation. They also explained the street car which was opposite the hotel which was incredibly helpful.

Front desk staff were amazing! First day they gave us a list of the best spots and good places to eat at so we were never questioning what to do as we had a good few days worth of activities to get through. Nice location, bourbon and decatur street were only a 10min drive away. Hotel was also nice and quiet. 10/10 would recommend. When I come back I'll definitely be booking in here again!

the staff were amazing, super professional and very kind. we loved how all the staff recognized us and remembered our schedule to help accommodate us better when we come in from work. housekeeping and front desk have been amazing as well as the manager, she was amazing. Leo was also extremely helpful and very kind. we will continue to stay at this resort just because of them.

There was no breakfast, which wasn't a problem. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. If we asked for something they would have it for us straight away. We would stay at St Charles Coach House again because of the staff. Complimentary coffee was great, it would be better with fresh milk or cream. The beds were big and comfortable. Fridge was great for canned drinks and chocolate. It was great to be able to take the trolley from right outside the hotel. The A/C unit was old but worked well and kept our room cool during temperatures well over 100 degrees F. Hotel WI-FI worked perfectlly 2 minutes from local restaurants and shops such as Walgreens - which is great to stock up on everyday essentials without hassle and not paying "tourist prices"
